Questions

How does the free version work?

Every feature is unlocked: import, analysis, voice settings, simulation, notes and live navigation. The limit is one stage of up to 3 km. Enough to hear how Apex Notes calls a road you know before you pay; for more stages or longer ones, take an Event Pass or Annual.

When do the 7 days of an Event Pass start?

The first time you use it, not when you buy it. Buy it the week before the rally and it will be waiting; the 7 days start when you drive with it.

Is there a monthly plan?

No. Most drivers need pace notes for a rally week or a trip, and the Event Pass covers that. If you are out most weekends, Annual gives you a full year for €90 — less than 12 Event Passes.

I use Rallymeter Ultra. Do I need to buy Apex Notes?

No. Rallymeter Ultra ships with Apex Notes built in. The standalone app is for crews running another tripmaster, for riders and for drivers.

Can I use it alongside my regularity system?

Yes. Apex Notes is a separate app on its own phone, using the phone’s GPS. It does not connect to your tripmaster or regularity app and does not need to: your system keeps measuring distance, averages and times, and Apex Notes adds the spoken pace notes. Crews use it next to Crisartech, Blunik, Rallymeter, Rabbit Rally and others.

How do I pay?

Inside the app, through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details.
